Entrée — Tuna tartare, ancho chilli, sweet corn, pickled kohlrabi
Main Course — Chicken ballotine, pancetta, braised hispi cabbage, mustard
Dessert — Mango sorbet, almond crumble, red fruit compote
Wine Pairing — A glass of white or red wine, choose between La Guardiense Sannio Fiano 2023 or Il Barroccio Nero d’Avola 2022
